The Eritrean coffee afternoon takes place every Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 PM on Modestraat. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee, lovingly prepared on-site in the most traditional way. This coffee afternoon was initiated by our own cultural connectors, with the goal of welcoming local residents and connecting them with newcomers. Information sessions are regularly scheduled for these gatherings. Various topics can be discussed and questions answered. This way, a coffee afternoon can be educational while newcomers also learn the language and get to know local residents.
