Since 2010, Orchestre Partout has facilitated the musical talent development of newcomers to the Netherlands through workshops, jams, and concerts at various levels. This allows newcomers, in collaboration with Dutch musicians, to develop and share their musical talent, contributing to a vibrant society where every voice counts and is heard.
